Customer Support Manager

Currently we are looking for CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER to join our team!

· Fluent English;
· Great communication & negotiation skills;
· Stress-resistance, self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm;
· Previous experience in customer support or similar spheres will be a plus;
· Readiness to work in shifts (including night shifts);
· Providing support to clients by telephone and electronically (e.g. email/chat);
· Handling and resolving customer queries;
· Building sustainable relationships of trust with customer through open and interactive communication;
· Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
· Keep support metrics in the sufficient range;
· Cooperate over mutual projects with all team members;
· Ensure customers' satisfaction;
· NO cold calling;
