you have proven 3+ year experience of providing full-cycle recruitment;
you are experienced in building partnership relationships with management, investigation and analyzing which candidate will be the best fit for each position;
you have an understanding of technologies and trends in IT and Marketing Industry;
you know recruiting searching methodology, sourcing tools;
you can simultaneously process several vacancies;
you have Upper-intermediate or higher level of English with strong written and verbal skills;
you have excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
provide strategic recruitment by filling and pipelining management positions;
track goals, metrics, and performance of recruiting regularly communicating activity and results to managers and Senior Manager;
act as a proactive advisor and trainer to all hiring managers, to ensure that best practices for identifying, sourcing, interviewing, recruiting, and hiring of the best-qualified candidates are achieved for all open positions;
develop and nurture effective working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders;
responsible for the management of the recruitment life cycle process;
collaborate with HR People Partners to assure the attraction of best-fit candidates;
identify pre-employment assessments;
manage best in class practices around executive recruiting;
leverage social media recruitment efforts.
